Japanese scholars reported that Ganoderma lucidum extract has anti-tumor effects, and found that polysaccharides containing a small amount of protein extracted from Ganoderma lucidum have anti-tumor activity against mouse sarcoma S-180. The tumors inoculated in half of the animals given the drug disappeared, and the tumor inhibition rate reached 83.9%. Ganoderma lucidum crude polysaccharide D has an immune-boosting effect, can enhance the phagocytic function of mice, improve the body's resistance to adverse environments and hypoxia tolerance, and inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells. Recently, it has been found that Lingyi polysaccharide D6 can promote protein synthesis, improve hematopoietic function, induce cytochrome P-450, etc., and regulate cell metabolism. This may be one of the mechanisms of action of Ganoderma lucidum to strengthen the body.
[Recipe]
1. Ganoderma lucidum tendon soup: Ganoderma lucidum powder, Polygonatum sibiricum, Millettia reticulata, Astragalus, pig tendon 100g (dry product), cooked fresh ham lean meat slices 25g, fresh broad bean 50g, 2 scallions, 1 piece of ginger, 200g chicken soup, 50g lard, rice wine, fine salt, monosodium glutamate, wet starch in appropriate amounts. (1) Wash the dried tendons, remove the hair and debris, blanch them in boiling water, wash them in cold water, put them in a bowl, add water to cover them, put the scallion knots and ginger (smashed), add 10 grams of rice wine, steam them in a steamer over high heat for 2 hours, until the tendons are soft and translucent. (2) Ganoderma lucidum is ground into powder. Wash the polygonatum, Millettia reticulata, and Astragalus membranaceus, put them into a gauze bag, tie the bag tightly and put them into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil the juice, remove the gauze bag and take out the juice. 2. Lingzhi stewed turtle: 30 grams of Lingzhi, 10 red dates, 1 turtle. Appropriate amount of water.
