🥗 Product Recipe (English)：
The most classic way to consume (most effective):
Honey Black Radish Juice: Slice black radish, seal with honey for 3-5 hours, then extract 1-2 tablespoons of juice per serving. Amazingly effective at relieving coughs and phlegm (a time-old Eastern European family remedy).
Eat 30-50g raw daily (grind or slice thinly) for 2-4 weeks as part of a "Winter Detox Treatment."
A small reminder: It's very spicy. Those with stomach ulcers or hypothyroidism should try a small amount first.
