2.裏返してもう片面も同じように全体にお湯をかける。
3.そのまましばらく時間をおいて粗熱がとれたら水気をとる。

電子レンジを使った方法
1.油揚げをペーパータオルに包み、耐熱皿にのせる。


2.電子レンジ(500W)で約1分加熱する。
3.電子レンジから取り出し、粗熱がとれたらペーパータオルで強く押し当てながら油を取り除く。

また、熱湯で茹でて油抜きをすることで十分に油が抜け落ち、料理の見た目も綺麗に仕上がります。

お湯をかけるか電子レンジで油抜きするのがおすすめな料理
和物や焼き物として使うことがおすすめです。電子レンジで油抜きをすると、少し油揚げが縮んで薄くなってしまうので、形や食感を残したい場合は電子レンジでの油抜きが適しています。
