🛍 Product Information :

Apricot Peach (also known as “Aprium”, “Peachcot”, or popularly called “Dinosaur Egg” fruit) is a modern interspecific hybrid between apricot (Prunus armeniaca) and peach (Prunus persica).

It inherits the intense, floral aroma of apricots and and the juicy, sweet flesh of peaches. The skin is smooth with a golden-orange to bright red blush, while the flesh ranges from orange-yellow to deep apricot-orange near the pit.

The flavor is exceptional: an explosive apricot-like fragrance hits first, followed by honeyed peach sweetness. Many consider it the most aromatic and flavorful stone-fruit hybrid currently available.

Fruit size is slightly smaller than typical peaches, with sugar levels often reaching 14–18° Brix. The season runs from late June to early August. It is excellent for fresh eating, jams, or desserts.
