90幾歲倪伯

倪伯伯雖年屆九旬，仍堅持每天下田務農。倪伯伯的農園種有多種瓜果，新鮮美味，而他的番石榴更是無人不知，只有他種出來的品質最好。

Bo Ni is in his 90s this year, and he is still standing tall. Some people say that as people age, their roots will become inflexible, their hearing will decline, and they will even fall when walking. I have the impression that all these are not applicable to Bo Ni.

有機耕作不會使用農藥、除蟲劑，難免徒添困難；但卻令每棵菜、每件作物更為珍貴。

相片中倪太在農場收成超過一年冬瓜。

許多人認為種植有機蔬果能賺大錢，其實有機種植往往需要付出更多，成本很高，「種植有機作物不能使用會殘留的農藥和除草劑，所以我們要在驅蟲等方面下很大工夫，可用的藥都很貴。」農地需要打理，人手自不可少，本地缺乏願意務農的人，逼使倪伯伯聘請內地農工，「聘請內地農工要經香港政府嚴格審批，先付補貼本地工人培訓費用，再向內地政府付行政費，加上保險費與中間人的佣金，在工人到來下田前我們已經要付上這三萬多塊，但又難保工人做上兩天就辭職呢！」道盡辛酸，倪伯伯指收穫大多只夠他「賺兩餐」，不過他認為做人最重要有目標、有理想，「我喜歡大自然，環境好我就開心，而且健康也是回報的一種啊！」
