Product Description:This apple was born in 1978 (Showa 53) through the breeding of "Fuji" and "Tsugaru" at the Nagano Prefecture Fruit Tree Experiment Station.
Initially, an attempt was made to register the variety under the name "Ajipika", but since the oranges had the same name, it was changed to "Shinano Sweet".
The light sourness brings out the sweetness, making it even sweeter.
This variety was registered in 1996 (Heisei 8). Mainly cultivated in Nagano Prefecture.
It is the fruit of the rose family plant Apple. It tastes sweet and sour, and has a neutral nature. Apple has the functions of producing body fluids, quenching thirst, and strengthening the spleen and stomach. Apples are used as medicine to treat mild diarrhea, constipation, high blood pressure, etc., and can also be used to prevent fatigue. 当初は「あじぴか」という名前で品種登録を試みたが、みかんに同じ名前があったため「シナノスイート」に変更されました。
1996年(平成8年)に品種登録されました。主に長野県を中心に栽培されています。
特徴・味
大きさは、300~400gくらいです。「ふじ」と「つがる」の日本で最も有名で生産量が高い2大品種を交配しているため、「ふじ」の甘くジューシーでしっかりした食味と、「つがる」ゆずりの緻密な果肉とのバランスが絶妙です。甘さの中にほんの少しの酸味がアクセントとなり、より一層甘さを感じます。
