Traditional Chinese medicine believes that winter melon seeds are effective for lung and intestinal carbuncle. Winter melon is rich in water content, which can not only replenish water to the human body, but also has the effect of diuresis, which helps to avoid the occurrence of edema. In addition, it gives people a feeling of fullness after eating, which has a certain effect on diet and weight control. Cultivated varieties of mini winter melon: "small-fruited winter melon". The fruit is small and nearly round, such as the "Yi Chuan Ling" in Beijing and the "Yuan Winter Melon" in Taiwan.

Harvest Season: May-August, Although winter melon likes a warm and humid climate, it can also survive the winter. Winter melon can generally be stored for twelve months.
