nostoc commune, also known as "Lover's Tears", is a local specialty of Manchuria on the Hengchun Peninsula in Pingtung, Taiwan.
nostoc commune is a kind of terrestrial blue-green algae, which is rich in various nutrients. It has low calorie, low calorie, high fiber, and is rich in various vitamins, algae protein, algae polysaccharides and amino acids necessary for the human body. 雨茸が知られるようになったのは近年のようですが、実は古くから雨後の山腹や芝生などで採れる山菜でした。農業委員会と墾丁国立公園の情報によると、アミ族の間には、駆け落ちした恋人同士が逃げられず草原で抱き合って亡くなったという伝説があり、二人が流した涙は花開く雨となったという。したがって、キノコは「恋人の涙」とも呼ばれます。また、昔は雨上がりの砂利や雑草の上でしか見ることができず、天から地に落ちる涙のように見えることから「天使の涙」とも呼ばれていました。

Sweet & sour sauce/Thousand island sauce right amount
Step
Wash and drain the nostoc commune for later use.
Wrap the nostoc commune into the bean curd sheets and roll it up (add other vegetables or cheese according to personal preference).
Fry in the frying pan until golden brown to start the pan

Ingredients Nostoc commune 50g
1 pack of noodles
Cucumber Half strip
Japanese style bonito soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 pcs
Step
Wash and prepare the ingredients; The nostoc commune is boiled in boiling water and hot for use; the cucumber is shredded and refrigerated for later use; the garlic is chopped; 1 tablespoon of Japanese-style bonito soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of drinking water, 2 tablespoons of sesame sauce, and garlic are mixed well.

Step
