賓治可以有酒精可以冇,但通常都會有生果或者果汁。最初的飲料被命名為paanch。賓治這個詞可能是印地語पाँच ( pāñch )的借詞,意思是“五”,因為這種飲料通常由五種成分製成:酒精、糖、酸橙或檸檬汁、水和香料。
這種飲料於 17 世紀末由東印度公司的員工從印度次大陸引入英國。從那裡它被引入其他歐洲國家。當公共供應時,這種飲料的酒精含量比典型的雞尾酒低。
潘趣酒的英文名稱「Punch」是來自印度拜火教徒的外來語,本名是「panj」(北印度語:pāñc पाँच),意指「五」。由五種不同成份做成,即:亞力酒、糖、檸檬、水和茶。由英國東印度公司的水手帶回英國和介紹到其他歐洲國家。

靈感來源:派對佳節必備!西班牙國酒「桑格利亞 Sangria」這款酒在親友歡聚的餐桌上, 肯定成為眾人焦點, 是使用紅酒、水果切片、糖漿、烈酒和蘇打水調製的調酒,是親友聚會時的必備良拌。常接觸調理走的人都應該聽過 Sangria 好由於通常在親友聚會中飲用,所以常見的配方都是有兩低一高的特徵:低酒精濃度、低苦澀溫度與高甜度。桑格利亞是水果酒的統稱,名稱來自西班牙文「Sangre血液」一詞的變化,以紅寶石般的血色為特徵;血色的來源為紅酒。
剛剛好,我們遇上了本地士多啤梨的收成季節,由於產量豐富,於是我們把香甜的本地有機士多啤梨,加上新鮮的薄荷葉,以及香蜂草作調味,以令人聯想起春臨大地的景象。

如果是炎熱的夏天,你想來一個爽快的感覺,就別想太多,為你的酒加冰吧!不過,加冰也有一些學問,千萬別用碎冰,最理想的,是用些體積較大的冰塊較佳,而使用冰球當然更好,因為可以避免融化速度太快,而令我們的酒太快變得太稀,而失去了享用的樂趣!
Highball(ハイボール)即是加冰再加梳打水
自己簡易調製Highball,你只需直接將一份酒加進裝滿冰塊的高身大酒杯之中,然後加進一罐梳打水即可,當然揀選質量較好的梳打水,風味也會更坐,口感也會更柔順!
溫熱
基本上酒都可以溫熱來飲用,芳醇的酒質非常適合加熱,先將水煮沸,水的高度至少要高於盛酒容器的一半。將剛煮沸的水靜置一分鐘,因為用100度的水溫酒易出現酒精臭味。將盛酒容器放入熱水中約三分鐘,並稍微蓋住開口,可保留香氣。當盛酒容器有點燙手的感覺,那就可以飲用了!

Warm
Basically, wine can be drunk warm. The aromatic and mellow wine is very suitable for heating. Boil the water first, and the height of the water should be at least half higher than the wine container. Let the freshly boiled water stand for a minute, because wine with a water temperature of 100 degrees will easily smell of alcohol. Place the wine container in hot water for about three minutes and cover the opening slightly to preserve the aroma. When the wine container feels a little hot to the touch, it’s time to drink!
