On top of the tests done by our farmers, we also perform our own chemical test upon each arrival of the fruits.

In Greece and especially Crete is only 25% of the avocado production. Ripening and harvest season is from March to June. Variety Hass Avocados.

The avocado tree originates in the highland areas of central Mexico and Guatemala.

Avocado is rich in oleic acid, that helps to control cholesterol levels and folic acid, known to prevent malformations during pregnancy. High in fiber, it contains vitamins A, C, D, K and B providing high levels of antioxidants. Avocado also contains potassium and magnesium, supporting our immune, muscular and nervous systems.
