[Clinical manifestations]
Abdominal pain, palpable lumps, dry stools like grains or small and flat, bitter and dry mouth, poor appetite or vomiting,
red tongue, weak pulse.
[Medicinal diet]
1. Fungus, golden needle and udon drink: 15g fungus, 30g golden needle, udon (about 500g after slaughter). First stew the udon for 1 hour, then add fungus and golden needle, stew until everything is cooked, season with salt, drink soup or with meals.
2. Double Ginseng and Pork Marrow Soup: 30g of dang ginseng (cut into small pieces and wrapped in gauze), about 200g of sea cucumber (soaked), 500g of pork spine with marrow and meat (cut into small pieces). Add appropriate amount of water, first add dang ginseng and pork spine and simmer for 1 hour, then add sea cucumber and simmer for 1 hour, season with salt, drink the soup and eat the pork marrow, 1 dose per day.

Professor Xie Guocai was awarded the title of Famous Chinese Medicine Doctor in Guangdong Province by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
