"Green At Heart" started operations in 2007 and had 2 retail stores before 2016. The owner imports a variety of organic and natural dry goods from the United States and Taiwan. Now it mainly focuses on imported organic fresh produce, such as tomatoes, beetroot, carrots, Dutch onions, pumpkins, oranges, lemons, Spanish sweet potatoes, ginger, Peruvian bananas, there are more than 10 kinds, all carefully selected by the owner, Peggy.
The founder Peggy is also an advocate of food therapy based on the principles of Chinese medicine. From 2011 to 2018, she took various diploma and certificate courses in food therapy. Simple food can easily solve some disturbing chronic health problems, which surprised her.

The "Tommy Atkins" mango is a named variety of mangoes. Although not generally considered the best in terms of sweetness and flavor, it is valued for its extremely long shelf life and resistance to handling and transport, with little or no abrasion or degradation. Because of its color, strong and stable yield, these growers began growing the variety in the 1950s. Since then, “Tommy Atkins” became very popular as a commercial variety, eventually becoming the most widely grown commercial mango in Florida and later the most widely grown mango in the Americas, which it still occupies today.

Tommy Atkins mangoes can be eaten fresh or cooked. Gloves are recommended when handling or peeling fruit as the skin and juices may be irritating to some people. After peeling and seeding, Tommy Atkins mangoes can be sliced and enjoyed fresh, added to fruit salad, or cut into small pieces for a tropical twist. The cut fruit can also be made into drinks or used in desserts, such as mango upside-down cake or custard. Whether made into puree or chunks, Tommy Atkins mangoes enhance marinades and sauces for chicken, fish or meat.
Roasted Tommy Atkins mangoes complement roasted poultry and pork. To add vibrancy to the fish tacos or as a garnish, mix mangoes with diced red peppers, red onions and parsley to make a mango salsa. Tommy Atkins mangoes can be paired with a variety of flavors, including lime, lemon, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, mint, basil, jalapeño, red pepper flakes, coconut, yogurt and pineapple, papaya and banana and other various fruits. Tommy Atkins mangoes can be stored in the freezer for up to three weeks or at room temperature until ripe.
