Uncle Kin has been a farmer for more than 40 years, and transformed into an organic farm more than 10 years ago. Most of the farm's own varieties have been acquired from other organic farms after the transformation and kept to the present. Although self-reserved seeds are a minority compared to the annual cost of up to 20,000 yuan to buy back seeds, each has its own irreplaceable characteristics. Because Uncle Kin retains breeding, his Choi Sum quality is excellent, and the industry calls him the king of cabbage.

The varieties reserved by Uncle Kin include: chana, swiss chard (porcini), okra, roselle, choi sum, sweet potato, sweet potato leave, red peanuts, sweet potato, water anthracene, leek, wind ginger, turmeric, meat ginger, wolfberry, cactus, aloe, etc.

🛍 Product information: 

Sugarcane is rich in sugar and water, as well as various vitamins, fats, proteins, organic acids, calcium, iron and other substances that are very beneficial to human metabolism. It not only adds sweetness to food, but also provides daily calories needed by human body.  Green-skin cane are sweet in nature, which has the effect of clearing heat.
