Uncle Kin has been a farmer for more than 40 years, and transformed into an organic farm more than 10 years ago. Most of the farm's own varieties have been acquired from other organic farms after the transformation and kept to the present. Although self-reserved seeds are a minority compared to the annual cost of up to 20,000 yuan to buy back seeds, each has its own irreplaceable characteristics. Because Uncle Kin retains breeding, his Choi Sum quality is excellent, and the industry calls him the king of cabbage.

The varieties reserved by Uncle Kin include: chana, swiss chard (porcini), okra, roselle, choi sum, sweet potato, sweet potato leave, red peanuts, sweet potato, water anthracene, leek, wind ginger, turmeric, meat ginger, wolfberry, cactus, aloe, etc.
