It’s fine if it is inserted in sandy soil, but most of the Sam-sing farmland is heavy clay, so it takes a lot of force to plant green onions on the clay. Sanxing onion is delicious, fertile soil, clear water, straw cover, variety, unpolluted stream and rainwater, and temperature difference between day and night are all factors, but clay is the key to making Sanxing onion famous.
