Nutritional value: Peach has the effects of beautifying the skin, clearing the stomach, moisturizing the lungs, and eliminating phlegm. Its protein content is twice that of apples and grapes, and seven times that of pears. Its iron content is three times that of apples and five times that of pears. It is rich in multiple vitamins, of which vitamin C is the highest. The peach has a thin skin and rich flesh, so I can eat it with the skin.

Cooking method:The peaches can be eaten right away, made jam, made into a sauce to marinate meat, can be boiled white fungus peach soup or make desserts.
