The story of how a group of organic farmers worked silently on this limited farmland in Hong Kong, dealt with more complicated planting steps than conventional ones, paid higher costs, and took care of the farmland with care. In the operating environment without the support of agricultural policies, the income is very mean, and some farmers consider themselves stupid, but they still insist on farming, not for money, but for happiness. Although Uncle Ngai was in his 90s, he still insisted on going to the fields every day to do farming. Uncle Ngai’s farm grows a variety of melons and fruits, which are fresh and delicious, and his guava is not known to everyone, only he grows the best quality.

Mr. Ngai, 90 year old, Health Fruit Garden is the only local farm that focuses on planting guava. Guava is the best quality in the local farming industry and has a relatively large output. This year may be the last year. Jianguo Taoyuan is facing land requisition by developers. Currently, there is only a limited amount of production , customers who love local agricultural products and local flavor guava, it is really not to be missed!

Emperor Guava is a hybrid of Pearl Guava and Seedless Guava, which improves the shortcomings of Pearl Guava. The appearance is similar to pearl guava, but the fruit is larger, sweeter and crisper, with a little fruit acid, which is more resistant to storage. Known as the King of Guava, it is more labor-intensive than Pearl Guava in terms of planting and management.
