Since the launch of "Full-Ingredient Cured Flavored Taro Cake" in 2022, the product has been sold out soon after it was put on the shelves. Double taro, full of flavor
Taro cake is a nostalgic snack in traditional old-style restaurants. Its ingredient is 80% taro, which is more taro than traditional taro cake. The master of Blue Drops Kitchen peels the taro by hand, then slices it into strips one by one, and then adjusts the optimal batter ratio according to the moisture content of the taro. After frying, the outside is crispy, the inside is soft and glutinous, and the taste is creamy and not greasy. The taro is smooth and soft when you eat it, which makes you have endless aftertaste!

Taro is considered the "starchy vegetable" and is rich in dietary fiber, which helps lower cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, taro has the functions of appetizing, promoting fluid production, reducing inflammation and analgesia, and tonifying the spleen and kidneys.

To this end, we conducted a blind test of 10 local cured mei products, and finally selected a time-honored cured mei brand that has had its own factory in Hong Kong for 3 generations. It is truly 100% made in Hong Kong. The high-quality cured meat is sweet and plump, and is paired with freshly ground local five-spice powder and celery to bring out the fragrance of taro, taking the taste and flavor of shredded taro to a new level.
