Olive oil -2 spoons
Black pepper crushing -appropriate amount

Ingredients:

POTATO (Chop to Wedges) - 2 PCS
Oranges (juiced) - 2 PCS

UO Nature Sea Salt - 2 TSP

Olive Oil - 2 TBSP

Salt the fries for 15 minutes. The sweet potato keeps salt without flushing, and then fry it with high temperature until golden yellow.
Heat the olive oil in the pot, sprinkle with a little rosemary, and fry the cod on both sides of the cod and put it on the disc. Put the potato corner beside the cod picker.
Add the chopped red pepper, salt, sugar, and raw powder to stir well. Add it to the pot and heat it with low heat and slowly stir.

Steps:

Seasoning:
Shengpan -½ teaspoon
Sugar -1 teaspoon
Shiitake mushroom powder -匙 teaspoon
Pink Pink -Appropriate amount

Ingredients:

Lemon (juiced) - 1 PC
Lime (Zest) - 1 PC
Lemon Grass (Shredded) - 1
Red Pepper (Shredded) - 1

Seasoning:
Soy Sauce -½ TSP
Sugar -1 TSP
Mushroom Powder -½ TSP
Grouped white pepper

practice:
Put the cod steak on the plate and steam for 6 minutes on high heat.
Smillet, lime cede and red pepper shreds are paved on the cod picker.
Use a low fire to heat the lemon juice, add sugar, raw soy sauce, shiitake mushrooms and pepper, and stir well.
