Special matters: The potassium in kale may increase the burden on the kidneys. People who are taking blood thinners or aspirin should avoid it.

Extra cold-pressed virgin olive oil is the best match for salads. Unsaturated fat can help the body absorb fat-soluble vitamins. Fatty acids protect cell membranes. It is a healthy choice. We recommend the LAKONIA Greek extra-grade cold-pressed olive oil that Amway Company sells directly for the Hong Kong market. A 1 liter bottle is more economical than half a liter.
