Product Description：Diaolong beef is one of the must-order beefs in Chaoshan hot pot🥩. It grows on the back of the beef. The first half belongs to the rib eye, and the second half belongs to the sirloin. It has some fat and some tendons, and is evenly fat and thin. The taste changes from oily to tender and delicate. The gravy is sweet and plump. 😋
