綠色心意主力香港制造無添加特式食品：無味精，無防腐劑，無色素，無增味劑，營養豐富，香港少量手工製造。

"綠色心意"於 2007 年開始營業，在 2016 年之前有 2 家零售店。店主從美國和台灣進口各種有機和天然乾貨。現在主要專注於進口有機新鮮農產品，例如番茄、甜菜根、胡蘿蔔、荷蘭洋蔥、南瓜、橙子、檸檬、西班牙紅薯、生薑、秘魯香蕉，一共10多種，都是店主Peggy精心挑選的。

創辦人 Peggy 也是基於中醫原理的食物療法的倡導者。 2011 年至 2018 年間，她修讀了各種食物療法的文憑和證書課程。簡單的食物竟然能輕鬆解決一些令人不安的慢性健康問題，這讓她非常驚訝。

在 2021年11月，"綠色心意"推出 6-8 種使用我們從荷蘭進口的有機新鮮農產品在香港製造的純素湯、餃子和肉丸。更多純素和低 GI 項目正在籌備中。希望得到您的支持，使我們的工作更有價值。
