Origin: Lin Tai, Kam Sheung Road

Supplier: Mrs. Lam Organic Farm

Nutritional value: Water spinach is divided into dry spinach and water spinach based on the degree of moisture in the field. Dry water sprouts mainly grow in fields with little water or dry land. The stems and leaves are dark green, the stems are thin and the leaf tips are small, and the entrance is smooth. The whole plant contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, β-carotene, vitamin B and vitamin C.

Cooking method:Water spinach and dried spinach have different qualities and tastes. The cooking time of dried spinach can be a little longer, and it is better to put it spicy until the seasoning is completely delicious.

Special matters: Water spinach has another nickname called "cramp dishes." Because it is a cold food, it may cause cramps after eating, but there is no research report on this claim.
